The team analysed Shin Kong Life’s existing processes to identify lapses and inefficiencies, implemented customisable digital tools to redefine and optimise overall workflows.

Riding on the successful delivery of the BMP System, Shin Kong Life was confident to entrust PCCW Solutions to enhance the system for claims processing and other policy administration automation.
