Dr. Ted Suen MH is a highly esteemed senior technology executive with over 25 years of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, and strategic management. As the President of LPS, he leverages his extensive expertise in system integration, cybersecurity, IT governance, and infrastructure development. Prior to LPS, Dr. Suen served as the Executive Director of Digital Mobility and CTO of the NEOM Land Mobility Department – Saudi Arabia's globally renowned mega city project. Dr. Suen notably spent a decade as the CIO of MTR Corporation Limited, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and managed highly intricate global IT operations. His career also includes executive roles at EDS/HP and PCCW. 


Dr. Suen holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the SBS Swiss Business School and a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from Charles Sturt University. His contributions to the IT industry have earned him numerous prestigious awards, including the China Top 5 CIO Award, the China Best Value CIO Award, and the Medal of Honor by the HKSAR government for his contributions to local ICT talent cultivation and development in 2020. He was the President of the Hong Kong Computer Society from 2017 to 2021. Previously, Emily served as Asia Pacific Managing Director at Cisco, where she capitalized on emerging opportunities through ecosystem partnerships and innovative business models. Her background includes leadership roles at IBM and Unisys, managing large-scale projects and diverse service portfolios. 


Emily holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Auckland and Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney. She is recognized for her ability to build profitable business practices and develop high-performing teams. Outside of her corporate role, Emily serves as technology advisor to numerous boards and committees, frequently speaking at technology conferences on digital innovation and business transformation.

Previously, he served as Senior Director of Global Accounts at NTT Ltd. Eng Chuan's track record includes tripling FSI sales and winning the prestigious Asia CEO Award for building high-performance teams. 


He holds an MBA from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and completed INSEAD's Executive Program in General Management. Eng Chuan's accolades include the Global President's Club and Global Sales Summit Winner, reflecting his outstanding contributions to the IT industry.

Jason holds two Master's degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Finance and System Engineering & Engineering Management, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. In her current role, Jeanie leads strategic initiatives in public and financial services, driving digital transformation from strategy to implementation. Previously, she held key positions at Cognizant as Head of Greater China and at DXC Technology as Account General Manager for Asia. Jeanie's expertise spans enterprise services, strategic outsourcing, and client solutions, honed through leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and IBM. 


She holds an MBA from Imperial College London, where she was a Chevening scholar. Jeanie's commitment to innovation and customer success has established her as a trusted advisor in digital and core process transformation.

Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her recent certifications from Databricks in Azure and Microsoft Fabric technologies as she continues to expand her repertoire of critical technology skills. With over 30 years of experience in IT and project management, Ken Chan leads LPS' Aviation & Critical Infrastructure division. His expertise spans technical service outsourcing, IT infrastructure, security, and software development. In his current role, Ken oversees Go-to-Market strategies for major accounts in mission-critical systems. Previously, Ken led the technical services outsourcing team in delivering crucial engineering systems for government departments. His key achievements include implementing the Hong Kong International Airport’s Third Runway System project and managing the RTHK contract renewal. 


Ken holds an MBA from Deakin University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business IT from NCC Education UK, and a Bachelor of Information Engineering with First Class Honors from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Francis Lam

Prior to joining LPS, Francis spent 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as the Director of Solution Sales, leading global teams across industries such as finance, telecommunications, and utilities. He also held significant leadership roles at HPE. 


Francis holds a Master of Science in Advanced Engineering (Robotics) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. Additionally, he is a certified CISSP, underscoring his expertise in information security.

Previously, as Chief IT Services Manager at MTR Corporation, Jimmy led large-scale digital workplace transformations and enterprise architecture implementations. 


He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from the University of New South Wales. Jimmy's impressive qualifications include ITIL Expert, PMP, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP, and CCSP certifications, underscoring his technical prowess and commitment to excellence in the field.

Silvia Ho

Previously, Angus served as Regional CFO at DiDi Chuxing, managing end-to-end financial operations across the Asia-Pacific and Middle-East Africa. He also held the position of Regional CFO at Lenovo, facilitating the hyper-growth of their smartphone business. 


Angus holds an MBA and a Master’s of Information Systems Management. His achievements include spearheading a $4B+ GMV portfolio at DiDi Chuxing and supporting Lenovo's acquisition of Motorola Mobility. Previously, Jean served as the Chief Information Systems Services Manager at MTR Corporation Limited, where she managed the development and maintenance of more than 170 applications and led digital mobility initiatives. She has provided IT consultancy to AXA and the Hong Kong Airport Authority, focusing on process refinement and the development of offshore strategies. 


Jean holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Boston University. She is deeply involved in the IT community, having served as the Chairperson (2020-2021) and Executive Committee Member (2017-2021) of the IT Leadership Acceleration Platform of the Hong Kong Computer Society. Previously, as Senior HR Business Partner at SAP Hong Kong Limited, she spearheaded numerous employer branding and gender equality programs. 


Winsome holds a Master's in Management (HR) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is currently pursuing the Chief Human Resources Officer Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
