Prior to joining LPS, Francis spent 13 years at Microsoft, most recently as the Director of Solution Sales, leading global teams across industries such as finance, telecommunications, and utilities. He also held significant leadership roles at HPE.

Previously, Lucas served as Head of IT at Beijing MTR and Greater China Operations Director at EQUINIX.
